As the institution has grown in complexity with a broader mission, so too has student publications. Today, more students than ever produce the campus newspaper, The Appalachian, its electronic/online version, and the campus literary-arts magazine, The Peel. These publications and any student publication created in the future fall under the guidance of the Lee H McCaskey Center for Student Involvement and Leadership. These publications and any student publication created in the future, fall under the guidance of the Center for Student Involvement and Leadership.
